I have been asked to investigate the feasibility of establishing a revolving loan fund to support self-employment and small enterprise creation activities of a large group of disenfranchised adults in a developing country.In general of course the experience has been unsatisfactory in these circumstances but I am wondering if there are any best practices studies, articles, handbooks, etc documenting those cases where such funds have been operated successfully.
