I am seeking to get in touch with people or centers in Southern Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, etc.) doing research in and/or giving courses in quantitative development economics. I believe that a research center must exist at the Jomo Kenyatta University, but I have no address whatsoever. By the way, does anybody know of some institution in Africa, the USA, Canada or the UK which would welcome a researcher in the dynamic relationships between human capital accumulation on the one hand, and growth,income distribution and poverty alleviation on the other hand ?Mahamoud Azihary.
