I am a fairly new subscriber but have not yet introduced myself.
I am a US Peace Corps volunteer working on business development in Bulgaria.
I will soon prepare a full-blown introduction that will describe several
projects on which I am working and with which I need help/guidance/contacts.
But for now, to get my feet wet, I have only this one request:

I need information about "entrepot," or what are described to me as storage areas for goods awaiting customs clearance. The mayor in the city here wants to explore such arrangements as these, which are also described as mini free-trade zones. I know nothing of this. I am told there are particulars in ch. 7 of GATT but have no access to that document. I have e-mail access but no real access to the Web or Net (one of the problems and projects I will discuss later). If anyone can suggest how I can get information about entrepot, I would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks, Paul Swider
