I've been lurking here for quite a while, and posting only very rarely,
usually to commend those horrible theory people for raising their voices in
a world that is so blatantly ignoring the obvious, and spinning its wheels
with great passion and verve.

At this point I'm moved to request that those theory people who want to actively be involved in expressing and furthering their viewpoints contact me directly by e-mail and I will attempt to get them involved in a new list that's recently been created and is getting ready to "take off." We're an online chapter of a national organization that has a few thousand members already (the organization, not the online chapter - yet), is addressing virtually all of the issues the "theorists" here have been involved with, and seems to have developed a lot of momentum and captured the attention of a good many good people.

I'd explain it here in more detail, but don't think it's totally appropriate to do so, so I won't. But any interested parties, theorists or not, can reach me at mailto:gberlind@crl.com and I'll be happy to provide full particulars. Just let me know you're inquiring about "olchaptr-afd".

Yours in hope,

Gary Berlind mailto:gberlind@crl.com
