I'm sick of this. I joined this list to recieve information. While
the infrequent debates can be interesting but I think we are
all sick of this. I for one am willing to name names.
Pleae Jay Henson, Steve E (at aol) and B. Diamond take you
debate to another list or have the decency to email each
other privately. In light of the number of people who have
made this request I can only assume the debate continues to
be public because you are all under the misconception that
we are interested in your thoughts on these issues. I for
one could care less what your thoughts are on these issues
- whatever interest I had was lost when I realized none of
you have concern for the feelings of the others on this
list.

I am also weary of trashing postings. What will it take for the participants
to take their debate off-line, as was requested and (I also thought) agreed
to? The nature of the discussions of praxis or theory or entropy or
thermodynamics demonstrate disrespect for those inside and outside of the
debate.
I believe that this list has potential for promoting international
cooperation in development, but a hijack seems to be in progress.
