The fault is with the list administrator and he should correct the problem
by deleting the offenders from the list.  It's a little like having a few
noisy kids in the classroom.  If they aren't asked to leave, the other
kids pay the price by not learning.  I personally find it quite
extraordinary that the individuals concerned can be so
oblivious to the desires of the other subscribers.  The lack of their
concern tells something about their general attitude towards other humans.
Paradoxically, I thought that this was a list for people who cared.  Why
are they on it?
