Many years ago, I had a friend who was correspondent of one of the well known international news agencies and he said to me that in times of peace the news, from the fact until the corresponding publishing in the media pass by six, six filters! And then the news are sold HOW they want, WHEN they want, and to WHOM they want. Imagine in times of war!

Best wishes,

Ernani.
