I belong to a spanish NGO (sorry about my english) called "Ingenieria Sin
Fronteras". We are trying to develop our own knowledge in Appropriate
Technologies, so as to put it into practice in our projects.

In our rural projects, we are trying to base the agriculture and livestock on the local resources. So we are very interested in improving our knowledge about Low Input Farming or Sustainable Agriculture. So, we hope that some of you can help us by sending addresses, web sites or information about this subject.

More specifically, we have right now the urgent necessity of solving two questions:

- how can we obtain fish flour (to feed some livestock) from local fish production. Do you know something about drying fish??

- how can we preserve fish oil??

If any of you can help us, we will really appreciate.
