Call for Papers: You are invited to propose research papers, case studies, theoretical models, and other topics in technology transfer.
Call for Ideas: Also consider proposing panels, round tables, or workshops that will add value and diversity to the conference. We would also appreciate recommenda-tions of keynote speakers who will challenge our assumptions and help all of us plan for the future. Please contact us immediately with your ideas!
Your Theme: We are looking for papers and ideas that address topics related to: “Technology Transfer in the New Millennium”
Your Target Audience: Practitioners of tech transfer, including technology managers, new business developers, product developers, policy makers, and researchers. Plan to speak to individuals from large and small businesses, federal, state, and local governments, the academic community, not-for-profit organizations, and professional service providers.
Your Goal: Help the Society improve participants’ abilities to function in the new millennium through the use of technology transfer in any of its many forms.
Your Deadline: One page abstracts are due March 10, 1999. Abstracts may be submitted via e-mail, fax, or in digital format using MS Word or WordPerfect to: J. Acceptance will be determined by your ability to provide and communicate useful information that has solid potential for application. If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified by March 20, 1999.
Completed Papers: Due May 1, 1999. Details on format of the final paper, slides, overheads, and/or handouts will be sent with your acceptance. Please plan to attend the full conference. You will receive a special conference rate.
