Dear colleagues:


I work with a Canada based NGO and am in the process of preparing a
background paper on the effectiveness of : Overseas internship programs.
My interest is in finding out how to structure effective learning
experiences for both the intern and the staff members of the host
organizations.


I would appreciate any references, evaluation studies, web pages or any
other sources that you can point me to.
