Dr. Lisse,

Let me make a few things very clear and I will stop. First of all, the message I posted had nothing to do with the World Bank. I was just helping a friend by posting it on Devel-L. The inane criticism was not aimed at the Bank or at me or not even the message.

So, don't start to jump up and down after reading my E-mail address without reading the contents of the message. It just shows your ignorance. You are entitled to critize the Bank, but criticizing without any reason or logic doesn't make sense.

This will be my last posting and I will unsubscribe from Devel-L immediately.

Very, very clever.

Do they teach Rethorics 101 in World Bank Basic Training?

What does this have to do with anything?

He is entitled to criticise the Worldbank and its usless officials on this list any way he pleases. In fact this is *THE* place to do it.

You don't like it, get lost!
