There have been received a patent of Russia Federation (the first in a
several claims) on THE PEN FOR IMMEDIATE ENTRY HANDWRITING INFORMATION
(data, graphics and commands) INTO COMPUTER "SHELPEN". Bringing text
and commands into computer without keyboards. Radically simplisiest
the enterning: it is enough to write the text or command on any sheet
disposed on any place (on the table, car cower, plane wing, notebook
and so on).
The device opens new abilities of a computers applications.
Everyone, who can wright a letters, can apply a computer in his own work.
For example, policeman writes a fine by this pen, writes down information
about infrige on the cover of car on fine notebook with "SHELPEN" and at
the same time :Shelpen" translates all information he writes, direct
into a police traffic computer.
No plates, no screens, no tablets, no special types of notebooks,
NO PENPADS. It seems like ballpen.
There are basically changes in computer architecture since
disappears most conservative, determed by man's finger dimentions, part
of computer - keyboard.
