This type of thinking was prevalent in the much of this century. Naturally the focus to prevent poor countries and people from reproducing while the rich and infamous get the benefits. Some of the methods to retard growth of the undesirables were: 1. sterilization of the mentally and physically handicapped promoted by the philosophy of eugenics 2. In the '30s -45 the Nazi final solution was implemented to rid the world of inferior peoples-Jews, Homosexuals, non-whites and gypsies. 3. During the 60's the US promoted and encouraged the sterilization of mostly African Brazilian women. 4 For most of the last 30 years US companies have sold inferior milk substitutes to under developed countries, the UN and the IMF, World Bank (and others) have instituted severe austerity measures to control economic growth in under developed countries while raping the countries fo their wealth, which has increased poverty, corruption and death in these countries. The reality is the Limit scenario is promoted by and for rich Western nations and their political lackeys...
