Dear friends:i wonder how expensive is expensive? To load ten long messages at 14.4 Kb does not take more than 30 sec. Is that going to really a penalty that expensive?
I disagree with anything that limits freedom of speech. The idea of limiting to a percentage might be well intended, but the results are not good.
I prefer short postings myself: easier to read and to answer.
Finally, again, an increase of mail postings lead to a better mail organization. If any of you use Eudora Light or MS Exchange -the client version of Win95- then you don't have filters. You are doomed. Try Pegasus Mail. Free and VERY good mailing program
