Perhaps the point that you are missing is that not all of us have "heard it a thousand times." While I can sympathize with your not wanting to hear it again, I'd simply suggest you use your delete key and move on to issues that do interest you, while not spoiling the experience for the rest of us who still find the topic stimulating and relevant. No one is forcing you or others to read posts that they don't want to. I beleive that these issues are directly related to transfers of technology, lest we forget that illiteracy programs are as much of a technology as are low-flow toilets and supercomputers. If you think we're off topic, ignore us!
