Subject:      "Junk Mail" - Please Save Us!

For those of us in the developing world who spend 10-70% of our
wages to access e-mail, the least we can accommodate is the array
of junk mail recently (and currently) seen on DEVEL-L. A lot of
our local subscribers have un-subscribed because of these mails.
Much as we would altogether want to unsubscribe en masse, there are
occassions we have found DEVEL-L pretty useful.


Can someone save us from this "invasion"???
