<pre> It is with deep regret that I am informing this e-list that I have heard from his widow that Kerry Miller passed away this morning.

I have known Kerry, but only by email, for six or seven years and while I didn't always agree or even understand everything that he said, I always found him to be of the highest intellectual integrity and to be concerned always with finding ways of achieving the greatest public good.
