Has anyone on the list done any work relating to the assessment of electrical equipment for PCB oils in African countries? I'd be interested to hear of experiences (particularly critical issues) in advising/consulting on such projects. I am particularly interested to hear your experiences in negotiations with regulators and key lesons that you learnt.
