I am conducting a study on the significance of the Internet for
social planning in developing countries. I would be grateful in case
information could be made available to me on the following:

1.Examples of any attempts at using the Internet for influencing government policy on social issues concerning developing countries - electronic activism.

2.Examples of Internet use for NGO networking in the context of Third World Development.

3.Useful sites for social planners on the Internet.

4.Other newsgroups relevant to social planners.
