I'm looking for NGOs having the interest and capabilities to assist in
developing a project oriented toward Women in Development (WID).  In
particular, experience linking to international NGOs working in WID-
oriented activities and managing small grants programs would be very
helpful.  If you have any info on the above, please email me.  Thanks.
