I am involved in a research project on the provision of rural roads in sub-saharan Africa. Particularly, we are looking for case studies on rural infrastructure in general and rural transport in particular (including non-motorized transport). In addition, we are focusing on the planning stage, particularly at the local level.I would like ot hear from anyone who has, or knows of, any publications, working papers, theses, or dissertations on related topics. In addition, I would be grateful to any additional contacts you can refer me to.
