        This afternoon I received a request for an individual with the
        following qualifications:




        Legal/Human Rights background
        Russian, Dari, or Farsi fluency
        U.S. Citizen
        Substantial Overseas Experience


        I don't have many more details than this, other than the work
        would be similar to that of a human rights monitor, there
        may be some teaching involved.  Of course, the person is needed
        as soon as possible.
