Over 25% of all adults in the United States do not have high school diplomas. If that includes you or someone you know, you can now earn diplomas on the Internet! Ages 14 to 100, all students are welcome.

Take high school classes in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Download the classes you need from the Internet, study at home, then take monitored tests in your own neighborhood.

Each 1/2 credit class costs $49. There are classes in English, history, math, science, and life skills. You can improve practical skills such as reading and math or take college-bound classes such as calculus and Shakespeare. Each class has about 15 chapters and 100 pages. We have carefully written or chosen books that have short chapters, all of the important information, and are written in language that makes sense to ordinary people.

There is no homework. All grades are based on tests. Each chapter has 40-50 multiple choice questions to study. The chapter test is 25-30 of those same questions, so you know exactly what you have to learn. There are tests after each chapter, quarter, and semester. Tests can be oral. There are several forms of each test, so you can retake as many tests as you want to. The test scores are averaged.

Go at your own speed. Take a day or a month to learn each chapter. Do one class at a time or several. Start, stop, or take a vacation anytime. There are no deadlines. School is open 24 hours a day, 12 months a year. If you need help with anything, just ask us on e-mail. Our job is to help you.

Transfer Satellite credits to your own high school (with their approval), take classes just for fun or to get a better job, or graduate from Satellite High School. This is a diploma program; it is not a GED. Graduation requirements: 4 credits English, 4 history, 4 math, 4 science, and 4 life skills, plus a final competency test over all five areas. We accept up to 15 credits from previous high schools. Satellite graduates have permanent, free access to all future classes.

Satellite High School is a private, alternative school, founded in 1994. It is dedicated to helping anyone who wants to earn a high school diploma and everyone who wants to lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
