Guatemala or Latin America and refugee issues, to develop program in
education, policy, advocacy and accompaniment for those displaced by the war

>Requires: Commitment to progressive social change, Fundraising experience,
Spanish proficiency, Organizing experience, Ability to initiate and
implement programs. Responsibilities include: Reporting to the board of
directors, Coordinating national offices and local Guatemalan and US
committees in Guatemala, Developing legislative initiatives and advocacy,
Representing NCOORD to the press. $26K, Health insurance, Flexible vacation,
Some travel.
