Hello,I was hoping to correlate increasing River Blindness in the Volta area with hydroelectric projects. Also, a related parasite has a mosquito vector as opposed to the black fly. When an area is deforested, does a surge occur in incidence of the other parasite? Does anyone know where I could obtain these statistics?
