Just to let you ALL know that I was (until May/98) a USAID sponsored student and World Learning Inc. was the one in charge of my Ph.D. program. To summarize my experience with them: EXTREMELY POOR! It is quite a pity that millions of dollars are spent paying bureaucrats at organizations such as World Learning for basically just forwarding the stipends to the sponsored students. A much better job could be done by contracting directly with Universities and the major professor of the sponsored studens.Kind regards, ************************************************************ |J.C.
