I'm neither overpaid not underpaid. I'm a teacher of physics and my salary
is about 110DM a month. So I'm not much interested in the STAFF of the
organisations. What is interesting for me is: the World Bank, for example,
gives the government money; say, any dismissed worker is
given 1000000 of the national currency (something about $555) TO BEGIN HIS
OWN
SMALL BUSINESS (sic). Here is the place to mention that an ice-cream
machine costs $2000-$3000 [here]. And...this is called POLICY. The salaries
of the
consultants are unknown for me. What is known, however, is that that money
should be returned, say, after 25 years, when the government's officers
will have retired; and my son will have to pay all that, along with much
other. So let nobody is wandered when at the next elections the population
refuses to vote: that is
not because of the democracy, but "democracy". Thees themae are beyond the
scope of this list. What I wanted to say was: the money ARE BEING pumped;
but they most probably can not reach the addressants -- no matter how the
programs beautifully and PROFESSIONAL look.
