Subject: Community Connections Calendar of Events


     Community Connections, the Information Center of  HUD's Office of
     Community Planning and Development, announces a new addition to their
     Internet site.  The Web site - located at http://www.comcon.org  has
     added a searchable Calendar of Events.  This Calendar is searchable by
     month and year, category, or event location.  It includes both HUD and
     non-HUD housing and community and economic development trainings and
     conferences.  It will include the same events as Community
     Connection's monthly housing calendar called "Calendar of Housing,
     Community and Economic Development Trainings and Conferences".


     To access the Calendar  go to the Web site and click on the Calendar
     of Events icon.  Information about the Calendar and the searchable
     database  itself will be displayed.
