Actually, l reposted this again to the list because l want to find what is this "advocacy strategies for policy reform in donor institutions..."l am not applying for the position. It is just that l have not seen advocacy strategies in action before. My understanding is more like co-operative rather than advocacy, since advocacy requires us to argue against some alternative rather than justifying our positions.
