The Training & Development Home Page was created in January, 1995 as a central reference and focal point for the Training & Development professional community. And, we've been improving it ever since. It is a virtual "gold mine" of Internet resources of specific interest to the profession - www pages, gopher sites, newsgroups, related listservers, email addresses, the T&D Business showcase, and some good clean fun!
Positive feedback from many of our visitors tells us that our approach of providing links of direct professional interest to T&D professionals has greatly accelerated their personal development using this new medium.
