VITA urgently looking for a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST to work in Haiti for a period of 15 months. The assignment will begin by the end of June 1995.
This person must have the following:
1. Adequate experience with procurement of goods and services and should have familiarity with international and domestic procurement specially bidding process.
2. Knowledge of computers and software (spreadsheet, word processing etc.)
3. Fluency in French Language.
4. U.S. Citizenship.
