I have a colleague who will be conducting business with a number of Russian states and would like to find up-to-date information on protocol for that part of the world. He is interested in everything from the appropriate way to prepare business letters to how to conduct business meetings and appropriate behavior while doing business. His experience will take him into business and industry as well as non-government organizations and government institutions.
