I am seeking several privatization experts who will be available for a six month assignment in Kazakhstan, beginning late this summer (August). The advisors task will be to assist in the mass privatization process focusing on 1. completing the coupon auctions for enterprises involved in mass privatization,
2. begin cash auctions and develop mechanism for sustaining cash auctions,
3. manage holding companies demonopolization, work with policy makers,
4. advise on investment funds, implement program for verification of shareholders lists.
