I work for a small trading company that has two offices in China (in Beijing and Nanjing). We are very interested in using e-mail for interoffice communication, and would like to find out what e-mail providers are over there. I've heard that Beijing University has an internet connection, but I don't know whether they provide services to the public, or who to contact there. Can anyone on the list tell me of possibilities for connecting with China? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I've also heard of a provider called APC (apc.org) that provides internet access to people in many countries -- perhaps that's another option. Can anyone tell me what APC is and how they work? Thank you. :-)
