Hi all, I am looking for recent articles on the broadscale impacts on development resulting from new technologies. In particular I am interested in the relatively new geomatics technologies; Global Positioning Systems, Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing, Digital Orthophotography, Computer Cartography etc., and the INTERNET.
