There is an online concert taking place this weekend in Tibet with major acts, including U2, attending. Here is an excerpt from the page:

Milarepa Milarepa promotes universal compassion through education, fund raising, economic action and the Tibetan Freedom Coalition (TFC). The TFC coordinates major figures in the industries of fashion, music, film and sports to take a stand against human rights violations in Tibet and China, as well as throughout the world. To this end, the coalition sponsors events to educate individuals and companies about the Tibetan situation, and our connections to this and other injustices worldwide. The TFC also coordinates actions which work within these industries to develop sustainable business practices which encourage environmental and human rights.
