SO BE IT!

I don't know about your morals and ethics but from your statement one can infer: "who cares what they do with the money so long as they pay back!" and this seems exactly the way TOO many creditors seem to think!

To me, it is simply UNETHICAL to expect bankers just to disburse money based ONLY on the probability of pay back!

Despite claims of the great "help" provided by foreign loans the evidence speaks to the contrary and CANNOT be overlooked (again, a case in point is Ecuador with one of the highest, if not the highest, per caput debt in L.A.), no matter how hard you may try to ignore facts, they remain as such!
