Interesting stuff.

We are developing something similar within the framework of the national Health Information System's figures and the budget for the Region (Province) of 4 Districts.

What spreadsheet do you use? (Excell?)

How do you collate the date from the districts? We are working a system where each District has a Windows95 computer and the Region/Province has a linux (Unix) box and a W95.

The districts dial the regional linux which in turn runs samba (implementing the Microsoft SMB protocol, eg basically simulating an NT). They then can upload their spreadsheets via drag an drop onto network drives. The regional office then just pulls them onto their W95 for dynamic linking into the master spreadsheet (I haven't figured out yet why dynamic linking with the sheets while on the linux box doesn't work, but we'll figure this one day :-)-O)

I am very interested in your work.
