I am going to Nigeria on an agricultural extension project that is to include improving communciations through a local radio station. I have been given a reference that should be a help by someone who knows about these things, "1001 Worlds - A Rural Radio Handbook," by Francois Querre, published by FAO.
Unfortunately, however, the library can't trace it. Does anybody know what this reference should really be, and can any body suggest other, equally, or more, useful references?
