Aaron,

I appreciate your standing up for the organization that employs you. But having seen the world bank and the donor loans from the other side forgive me if I remain cynical.

Most of us do not want more money thrown at those corrupt governments. Besides how is it that the World Bank and the government know more than otehr actors.

You may be proud of your employer but you should still address the question why should the Bank and the government administer all such grants. Why can it not be given to some University in Africa or Asia. The funds will do more for such a place even if they administer them than it will for the world bank.

Let us think a little beyond the Bank.
