Arrangements for the 1st Biennial Exploration Conference hosted by the = Programme Group: Public Management and Development, Technikon SA, South = Africa, from 13 to 15 October 1998 are well on its way.

Members of the Organising Committee and the Programme Group have worked = hard over the last couple of weeks, and we have pleasure in announcing = that the following individuals accepted our invitation to deliver papers = at this event:
