Could anyone advise us, a non-profit organisation, how we could [1]
provide customised or personalised news and information to subscribers.
The software should be able to find the especific information or stories
and deliver it to them when they subscribe.[2] to set up a
multi-broadcast email messaging server to disseminate news to
subscribers.

This is required for our World NewsXchange dedicated to social and
economic development in the developing countries.
