I believe that Dr Mansoor Ali <mailto:s.m.ali@lboro.ac.uk> of WEDC (Water,
Engineering and Development Cnetre) at the Loughborough University
could be of some help to you. He has done extensive research on the
solid waste management in Karachi, Pakistan.
