Dear Colleagues,To those interested or to those who know someone who might be interested, the Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking volunteer interns for the Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters. The NIH is one of the world's foremost biomedical research centers, and OTT works to successfully transfer NIH technologies to the private sector for the benefit of the the public health.
Intern candidates should be in a graduate study program in law, business, and/or science, or have already completed a graduate degree in one of these areas. Interns should have a solid understanding of the scientific principles relating to biotechnology and biomedical technologies, as well as a business orientation and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Some laboratory and practical experience is preferred.
