During the month of November I was in Nizhny Novgorod (Gorky), Russia as an advisor to their Institute for Economic Development on strategies and programs for technology-based economic development, technology transfer and entrepreneurship. Gorky is internationally known as Russia's science city and it's regional government is recognized for its privatization reforms.I am currently Manager of Technology Commercialization Programs at the New York State Science and Technology Foundation, where I am responsible for ten regionally based not-for-profit corporations that provide business development and product commercialization assistance to technology firms and industrial modernization assistance to manufacturing firms.
Should there be an appropriate way that I can participate in your activities by undertaking a short-term assignment, I'd be pleased to assist.
