Micro-Enterprise Specialist (Guinea)
VITA is considering expanding its Micro-Enterprise Project in Guinea, which may require increasing our staff - long-term posi- tions approx.(1-4 yrs) and short-term (3-6 mos).
Interested candidates should be experienced in the provision of both credit and non-financial services for micro-scale entrepre- neurs. A main aspect of the expansion will be the creation of a self-sufficient indigenous NGO to eventually take over project operations.
Working history in Africa is required, specific Guinea-experience a plus. Fluent French.

PROJECT DIRECTOR PROFILE
VITA is currently recruiting for individuals to fill several Project Director positions. If you have at least 5+ years over- seas work experience in Africa (Central African Republic, Benin, Guinea, etc.,) and have the following profile:
- relevant banking training and experience, particularly in an African rural environment; - excellent organizational skills, particularly in financial reporting systems and computer operations; - good knowledge of collections procedures and legal aspects thereof; - good experience in human resources management in the African environment; - good interpersonal and collaborative skills in order to coordinate successfully with government counterparts, lead staff, and motivate rural clients; - dynamic, customer- oriented individual with proven reporting skills. - fluency in french, spoken, written and reading.
