Dear subscribers,
Some  of you may already know me. I am working for Ingenieros sin Fronteras,
a spanish NGO formed by proffesionals and students of technical careers
working in tchnical projects in developing countries.
We need information about construction techniques in the dry tropics.
If anyone can provide useful references, further contact addresses or
personal experiences in the subjects, we would be very grateful to receive
