I am participating in a project regarding Colombia's national innovation system.I wish to speak with people of Colombian origin or near neighbors in Latin America who are living in Canada and who have an interest and background in S&T policies and programs. The focus of my interest is industrial innovation and economic growth, particularly with regard to SME's.
