I forget whether it is this list or one of the others I'm on,
but about every month the administrator send a list of commands
which would help in this case.  Perhaps something as brief as this
and including instructions on how to postpone and resume service
would be useful.  A uniform subject line would help identify it
for those of us who don't need it and can delete it.
