SURVEY OF CURRENT MAILING LISTS DEALING WITH
SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT


Hello all!
I am currently trying to compile an up-to-date list
of mailing lists dealing with social and economic
development issues.  I would greatly appreciate
if some of you could simply reply to this message
by informing me of the most useful/most interesting
lists they currently subscribe to.


I am assuming a very broad definition of "development".
Any list that deals with economics, community development,
the environment, human rights, politics, geography, etc.
would meet that criteria.

Once I have compiled a sufficient number of such lists,
I will submit it to the list for everyone to consult.


So, if you know of any such list, please provide me
with the following information:


1) Title of the list
2) Exact address of the list
3) Very brief description of the topics being covered
4) Very brief assessment of the quality/usefulness of the list


Please feel free to provide addresses of not too useful lists
as well.  This way, we will know what to avoid.
